With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, there is comfortable space for the entire family. The master and guest suite are on the first floor while the other three bedrooms encompass the media room on the second floor. The center of the home is the family room which opens to the outside with a folding wall of glass provided by NanaWall. This home features state of the art smart appliances, security and a smart home technology system designed to support the full spectrum of home automation products and solutions. The interior design, by B. Gaines Interior Design, presents layers of comfort with familiar textures, wood details, and classic fixtures in charming combinations throughout - blending old and new for a timeless respite. At just over 5,400sf heated space this innovative home, designed by Jeff Bramlett, truly stands apart from the rest.
2017 Vesta Home Show
This Jeff Bramlett designed home combines an open floorplan with the latest in design and technology. As you enter through the steel doors, you immediately notice the two-story foyer and floating staircase. The heart of the home rests in the center of the living room where you can view the kitchen as well as the outdoor living area. This room doubles in size when the 16’ wide door is opened to allow the interior and exterior of the home to become one.
Arden Manor was designed with home entertainment in mind. The 5,130sf home features a scullery kitchen just off the main kitchen, a private butler’s pantry, an outdoor grilling area, and a screened porch with fireplace and an outdoor TV. The master suite features separate vanities and closets, with her closet hidden off the master bath. The upstairs features three bedrooms each with their own private baths and walk-in closets. While the playroom steps down a level and is separate from the rest of the upstairs rooms.

2013 Vesta Home Show
This Looney, Ricks Kiss designed home combines old world charm with the latest in design and technology. As you enter through the antique cypress doors, you immediately notice the open foyer and dining room design. The heart of the home rests at the apron front sink in the kitchen; from here you are able to view the open family room, breakfast room and outdoor room beyond. The latest in kitchen design includes a raised dishwasher, Thermador appliances, granite countertops, butler’s pantry and a large walk-in pantry.
Silverton was designed with today's family in mind. The 5,200sf home features an office just off the friends entry, his & her closets in the master with a designed "early morning entry" in his master closet, a second bedroom downstairs and an outdoor grilling area just off the screened outdoor room. Upstairs features a unique bunkroom, a kid’s study, media room and two bedrooms with walk-in closets and direct access to private bathrooms.
Germantown Custom Home
One of Lavelle Walker's last designs, this home was custom built from the ground up. From site selection, working with the architect and interior designer, the result is outstanding. This home features 5 bedrooms, a bonus room and a private in-laws quarters over the garage.
East Memphis Custom Home
Custom designed by Shapiro and Company architects in Memphis, Tennessee. A rear terrace extends off of the family room, an area for solace and retreat by the custom pool designed by West Pools. The interior is a textured blend of materials and finishes that is accented by welcoming in light and views through large windows. The 12' ceilings in the great room is topped with wood beams and is the heart of the home for guests and an owners retreat.
